Everything was excellent about this resort. The rooms were clean and well kept. The food was excellent at every restaurant and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating

My experience was below expectations. Very noisy and crowded. I couldn’t find towels at the pool and even when I requested it it too a long time until they brought it to me. The adult pool was invaded by kids. The staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. Food quality was below average. Last night I spent there we had no water from 7pm until 7am. Very overpriced for what it has to offer. I will not go again to this resort. I usually stay at Le Blanc and this time I wanted to try something else. I regretted deeply!

I really enjoyed the resort. But I also felt pressured into becoming a member. There was a few things we asked for like for example hand soap and no one ever took it till the last day, also we ordered a club sandwich one night and it never came to our room

I read many reviews about this property before booking. A lot of reviews included the "ok" food, the selection of beers, some silly bad reviews about extra charges for like "straws". First of all this is an all inclusive resort. Any all inclusive resort you stay at you're taking the risk of mediocre food and drinks. People that complained about it are I'm sure the same people that leave zero tips for staff. The food was great, not "fine dining" but there was plenty of options and choices. I traveled with my family of 5 (3 kids). some nights restaurants were busy and had up to an hour wait time. I sat and witnessed people screaming and yelling at the staff because they weren't able to sit there party OF FIFTEEN in a short amount of time. It was the most disgusting thing to witness. We never waited longer than 30 minutes to sit down to eat. We were treated very well every time! I'm sure it had to do with the way we would tip as they should!! We never left a tip under $25 for any time we ate, wether it was at the pool, restaurant etc... I seen people leave lousy $4 tips for dinner and its the same people that would complain. We are at an all inclusive resort! what can easily be a $100 meal each time was zero and you choose not to tip! is beyond me. The staff was all amazing!!! The entertainment was every hour on the hour! Not only for kids but for the adults! Kids club spectacular! Would stay here again!
