Good location. Walkable to local dining and shops. Nice room, however, we got eaten alive by bugs-assuming mosquitoes. Very expensive for alcoholic beverages and food. Nice pools, beautiful resort, but not all inclusive. Pro tip-stop at Walmart first, but your beer, wine, and spirits. Hotel charges $30 for a glass of wine and/or mixed drinks.

The hotel facilities and cleanliness are excellent. However, the service is lacking. Some of the managers are not very service-oriented and can be quite petty.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. The place is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. However, the restaurants could use some improvement. The food is decent, but it doesn’t quite live up to the high expectations. The drinks need some work, especially since Mexico is known for its excellent margaritas. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it.

Amazing from A to Z!!! Great property welcoming professionally, and make you feel so comfortable. Property has all the team that you may need in a resort well maintained well kept with friendly staff that can help you anywhere and everywhere. Restaurants and bars are competitively priced with in town restaurant with more ease and comfort. I do recommend this place! It’s gonna be my only option next trip to Cabo.

This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!!

We had a very relaxing four night stay mostly just hanging out at the pool. We appreciated that it was pretty easy to distance from louder people / pool bar area as desired. The pool staff were amazing. The prices of all food and drinks on property are quite absurd ($25 margaritas and $10 Pacificos - USD), but it is also easy to get off property for more reasonable tourist-oriented food/drinks or even better, hole in the wall Mexican joints where you could spend $10 or so on a big breakfast for two. Room was comfortable, and I appreciated the full coffee maker and fridge. Be aware that the hotel tries to "forbid" you from taking ubers, so we just walked outside the gate to catch ours, and we got dropped off just outside the gate. Overall a great experience aligned to what we wanted - total ease and relaxation.

The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or return.

Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony attached to our unit, was large with a sectional seating area and table for 4. Pool and beach area are truly exceptional- with the most comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of them. Beach and pool staff were great- especially Tomas who took excellent care of us, making us feel like the most valued guests. Food was of excellent quality, although expensive, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the resort. Highly recommend. We have already made plans to return!

The hotel room, pools and location were ideal! The staff was incredibly friendly, food was delicious and rooms were kept very clean. A suggestions is to offer free drinking water at least in the lobby and rooms.
