All staff were very courteous and friendly. Entertainment like the Mexican Fiesta night and the candle light violin and cielo performance were great. The property gardens were well kept and beautiful. pools were also very clean. I’ve been to plenty of resort and they had really good food except the Italian place. Wasn’t crazy about it. The Buffett and Mexican restaurant was amazing. I had the most wonderful and kind waiter, Carlos. He was very attentive and sang Happy Birthday to me. The resort was clean especially the pool. I didn’t like that it was open and not gated and also you can only reserve ONE restaurant your entire stay. Also, since i didn’t have them take my luggage they never told me where my room was. Overall, i had a wonderful experience.
