We had a great stay. Everything was in good condition and no issues at all. The resort is centrally located in the city, so it is close to both the market and city square, but still along the ocean so you can enjoy the beach.

We overall enjoyed our stay, best thing was the staff! The food and rooms were fine for all inclusive. The biggest issue we had was the noise in the night (staff cleaning the hallways, room doors slamming, etc) as the noise carries very easily in the hallways.

The room was excellent! The Staff was uber freindly. A very enjoyable stay and would be a choice to stay again. The food was very good, ate a lot. The view from the room was awe inspiring. The buildings, staff, activities and room was amazing. The food was disgusting. I couldn’t even eat Mexican night food and we are in Mexico. The sushi at Tavo made us sick. We were up all night throwing up. We will not be going back ever.

We had a great room w/ balcony and partial ocean view and our housekeeper was a lovely woman named Justina. While the resort was clean and had a lovely location, the buffet dinners left lots to be desired. The Italian Restaurant was excellent. Town was within walking distance and the food there was plentiful and tasty! People did that "save the chair" thing at this resort and so pool side was mostly unavailable unless you were "that" type of person. The resort should have a no "reserving" rule to allow more access to all guests. The beach was lovely and usually had lounge chairs available.
