"This property is starting to show its age, but is still in good condition. It is well maintained, with the exception of the natural gray concrete walking surfaces (stairs and walkway trim) which badly needed pressure washing. It is family oriented. It has a racially and ethnically mixed variety of guests. Everyone was friendly, and even though the alcoholic drinks were included in the "all inclusive" price, I didn’t see anyone who was obviously intoxicated. The service was first rate. My family and I spent a week there, and we are very pleased with the experience."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo on the ocean. The space was large and comfortable, the balcony was absolutely epic with a view of the pool and the surf breaks, and there was such a great variety of surfboards and toys for us to choose from that we didn’t have to rent anything. The vibe at the condo complex was very laid-back and friendly and the people working security and at the gate were kind. We definitely plan to visit again!"
