"We spent 4 days in this great apartment with wonderful open ocean views. Penthouse (6th floor) with large private balcony. very comfortable outdoor furniture, which made it hard to leave the apartment. Meals at the pool restaurant were very good and reasonable with great margaritas. Take out pizza from Jazz on the Rocks (across the street). Did not go to the beach as stairs were a problem for us. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We can highly recommend."

"For the most part, this was a lovely place to stay. The unit is spacious with two king beds and two large bathrooms, high ceilings, and a beautiful corner layout that offers pool views with little glimpses of the ocean.The unit itself was relatively clean, and the kitchen was decently stocked with the essentials needed to cook meals during our stay. It was also great to have access to a washer and dryer, along with laundry soap, which made things much easier for our family.We stayed with our two young children (6.5 months and 3.5 years old). While the space worked for us overall, families with very young kids may want to keep in mind that the floors are quite hard and the decor includes some delicate items. This wasn’t an issue with the host at all, just something other parents may want to consider when booking.Two small suggestions would be to have a vacuum available vs the broom, as the floors can pick up dust and crumbs fairly quickly. Also having a few more beach towels would be nice too. Our arrival experience was a little challenging. I had shared our anticipated arrival time in advance, but there seemed to be some miscommunication, and we felt a bit rushed coordinating check-in.That said, once we were settled, we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time. The pool, pool bar and restaurant, and the staff were all wonderful, and of course, the Cabo weather made the stay even better."
