"Everything I loved, except the noise from the other guest room. Plus, I wasn't interested in buying timeshare packages. I let that person know I wasn't there to buy, but to rest, and he was insisting a little too much. But in general, the food, the staff, the amenities, and the entertainment, I will always recommend the hotel"

"The Club at Hacienda del Mar is truly a beautiful resort! The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking the ocean and the Sea of Cortez. The property is gorgeous, peaceful, and feels like a little piece of paradise. The staff are very, very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. A special shout-out to Ulise from the activities team—he was incredibly nice, friendly, and made the activities even more fun and enjoyable! Amazing views, beautiful resort, and outstanding hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌊🌴☀️ We will absolutely come back again! ❤️"

"You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Villa Cisne in Cabo del Sol was outstanding from start to finish. Booking through Luxury Villa Collections made the entire experience seamless. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during the planning process, assisting with transportation, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered before we arrived. Once we were there, Ana was amazing—always responsive, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—set right on the beach with stunning views and everything we could have asked for. The pool was fantastic and ended up being a favorite spot for both us and the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were also very much appreciated and handled professionally, which made the stay feel even more effortless and enjoyable. The drivers were professional, the restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every part of the trip felt seamless thanks to the team. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Cisne and Luxury Villa Collections to anyone planning a trip to Cabo."
