What a wonderful resort peopled by amazing staff. Felt utterly pampered for my whole stay. It is in the middle of nowhere though and other resorts not easy to get to so you are rather trapped paying $20 for a glass of wine and $35 for a burger. Service is all included but I noticed that of the 15 percent paid, 5% is deducted to cover admin which is rather a rip off and should go to staff.

This hotel was a great getaway and it was also low season which was a blessing as full I think it could get a bit over crowded with loud Americans blaring their on music 'we had one group who did this whole relaxing by the pool! Didn't really want to listen to their country music'

We had 6 nights at the Cape, and they were all amazing. The room we had was excellent, the views from the balcony breath taking and the facilities in the room top notch. The staff couldn't do any more to help, and we're all genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Food was all excellent, particularly the rooftop bar at sunset! Would definitely stay again!

staff was excellent, room and facility was clean. Food was average at best. that's ok.. Don't eat much and don't drink. Major problem was you music around the pool. It has a thump on bass drum every two seconds. Why not play music that people know. Not hard rock but pleasant vocals from groups most people know. When you hear music you want to relate to it, remember good times when you first heard it, reminisce about it, sing along with it. Saxaphone by the pool on Christmas was annoying. He...

The property is very upscale. All rooms are ocean-view and very spacious. Food is exquisite (no dinner buffets). I've never had an 8-piece tasting menu paired with wines at an all-inclusive. It was amazing! All 5 restaurants were excellent. Diane, our concierge, ensured each day that everything was perfect for us. She was super nice and such a big help with coordinating everything.

Lovely setting and so very relaxing. Beautiful buildings and rooms. Top quality restaurants and drinks!!!

Restaurants were excellent. Service was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds by pool (but prime location ones get taken very early). Excellent pool. Unfortunately couldn’t swim in sea as very strong currents (this is normal here I believe) but the pools were superb and not overcrowded. Great entertainment. Superb service everywhere including at sunbeds by the pools. Overall extremely satisfied.

Property facilities are good. The location is good.

Beautiful property but quite dated, the room smelled musty. Lovely quiet location with access to beach but far from everything else. Recommend renting a car, if you don’t want ti just stay at the resort. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and and staff amazing. Property grounds well maintained also . The waiters and concierge go well out there to please the customer. The nightly entertainment could of been better if they had a theater like with bar . One other thing we did notice was the steak restaurant we did go twice for length of stay but would be better for all tourists if was giving all the time or option there as the staff there are incredible also and food was excellent also

Best resort we stayed in around the Cabo area. Very attentive staff, kind and friendly. The food was always excellent and it was great not having to make reservations beforehand and you could always find a space. All food was cooked to order and was delicious! Only place in Cabo I’d happily stay at again
