"The resort was beautiful - great beach views and the pools were fantastic. Staff was very helpful and very kind. We requested room cleaning daily and this was honored. Food was okay - breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. Did notice staff on several occasions not using gloves to prep food in the buffet which was off putting. Restaurants were limited and didn’t take reservations so were first come, first serve. We did have to wait almost 2 hours to get into the seafood/steakhouse restaurant one night. Entertainment could have been better (as in nightly shows) - have stayed at other resorts with better entertainment options in evening. "

"Almost everything was perfect. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were nice, and pools were great. But I can only give 6/10 because the thing that was’t perfect was a really important thing - the food service. It took too long to be seated and get our food. We waited hours just to be seated. One evening we went for dinner at 6pm and didn’t get seated until 7:30pm. We had kids with us and I really began to worry that we might not eat. And there was no buffet option as an alternative. Then, once seated, the food took forever to arrive at our table. We didn’t leave the restaurant until 9:30pm that evening. 3.5 hours from start to finish is too long. After the second time dinner took this long, we decided we had to go to the restaurant at 5pm (right when it opens); but then it still took 2 hours to finish. Better, but still not good. The only way I would feel comfortable going back to this resort is if there was a buffet option for dinner. Someplace where we could quickly eat within 30 minutes."
