"Property is always nice and well maintained. We always enjoy staying at this property. Been staying the for 8 years while on holiday in London. The front desk staff is the only draw back. Not very friendly or helpful."

"Very clean hotel. Helpful staff. About a 1.5 mile walk from London Bridge. Otherwise transportation is fairly convenient. Ubers usually arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. The Duck and Waffle (not in the hotel but a quick walk across the street) is a fun place for brunch and has great views of the city."
