"Great staff, clean room! No fridge in the room which was slightly inconvenient. Aircon was good, room was small but fine for the evening as we were out at a concert. Window was large (added extra cost) Walls however were thin so could hear disturbance in the night/morning. But overall very pleasant and would use again for a concert or a night out. As price we paid was great for location!"

"Clean room and helpful staff. Great communal area for relaxing. If I could suggest an improvement it would be that the coffee station is cleared more frequently and the machine replenished (we may have just been unfortunate in our timing there)."

"Very clean hotel. Helpful staff. About a 1.5 mile walk from London Bridge. Otherwise transportation is fairly convenient. Ubers usually arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. The Duck and Waffle (not in the hotel but a quick walk across the street) is a fun place for brunch and has great views of the city."
