"Close to everything! Lower Marsh dining is within walking distance, and the nearby Bakerloo and Waterloo Underground stations make getting around London incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great location and a very pleasant stay. Utilize nearby Iceland and Sainsbury local market for small bites and breakfast needs!"

"The hotel was in a brilliant location for sightseeing. Short walk to the London eye and tube station minutes away. Well connected. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bar was understaffed and waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay."

"From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent - informative, helpful, cheerful with a can do attitude. The public areas of the hotel were consistently clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely - well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Toiletries, towels and bed linen were first class. The air conditioning and window blinds made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel location, overlooking the Tower of London and adjacent to a great transport hub allowed for easy exploration of the city. Will certainly return."
