Bunk beds were put in one of the rooms which worked well. We appreciated that the managers had left instant coffee, tea and sugar and there was a kettle, stove and washer/dryer which I don't think we used properly, not being familiar with this type of machine. "I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit!"

"First of all there was construction going on in the lobby. When we got to our rooms on the 8th floor, they were terrible, dust everywhere, hangers left on the bed and the ironing board leaning against the cabinet. Bits of plaster all over the carpet. I immediately asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and said she would arrange for our luggage to be moved to new rooms. When we returned from our show, well, what a difference, it was like we were in a different hotel. I understand they are in the middle of renovations and we truly appreciated how quickly everything was handled. The view of Tower Bridge was totally worth the hassle!!!!"
