"We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. "

"We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out...

"The property was clean and was well equipped for the two of us. The listing was accurate. Being on one level it provided a good flow. Its location provided a good base for exploring the area and the easy to reach castles of Leeds, Scotney, Hever and Sissinghurst. There are plenty of excellent farm shops in the vicinity and the local shop in Yalding was well stocked.
