It was close to attractions like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Churchill War Rooms, & Big Ben. Their restaurant and bar served great food and a lovely breakfast buffet. "Front desk staff were great, explained everything and greeted us with a smile. Room was spacious and everything in the room worked. Very clean. Elevator was a bit slow, but other than that everything else was wonderful. "

Only negative was after a long day walking and seeing the sites, we came back and room had not be cleaned and towels not replaced. We told staff and they sent someone right away. Breakfast was good.
