"Queue to check in after online checking was too much. Can’t remember name, I guess deputy duty manager Robert is the guy who checked us in and was not happy to see us , God knows why. Didn’t feel welcomed. Sorry mate you asked for it ! Lift was slow to come back and 1 of 4 lifts not working, faulty. Breakfast was good Other staff were good. Late checkout cost without any flexibility at all. The lady who is the F&B Director was great . Security at night was great Just a few minor things could make this place no 1. Will stay again as and when needed."

"Very welcoming reception staff, small problem sorted very quickly. Clean and tidy hotel, bit tired in parts but generally good. Pool was a huge bonus. Breakfast was particularly good. Housekeeping staff all lovely."

"Excellent stay. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a superior room whuch was spotless, with a well stocked complimentary mini bar, iron & ironing board, robes & slippers. The only thing I would say is that we found the pillows uncomfortable, and it could probably do with hooks on the bathroom door to hang robes. I am not taking any stars off for this though, as this was personal choice, and everything else was perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast, with the option of al a carte items too."

"Very much enjoyed the stay and suirted my wants and needs as a fitness enthusiast. I loved the nespresso like coffee in the room. the TV was massive which was great. I loved the gym. Well equipped and lots of space. and the saune and steamroom alwasy welcomed. Will be booking again."
