Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

Absolutely amazing the room was just brill,the pool was so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful,staff were friendly and helpful, food was pricey but what do you expect with such an amazing place,we will defiantly be going back

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Was a great place to stay

Stayed a few times at the hotel but this time was disappointed with the service and the food, due to the weather being bad we decided to eat at the hotel, could not book into the restaurant as they were full all they could offer was to eat in the Hathaway bar which we did I ordered the chicken which took over half hour which was fine due to they had advised us when we ordered, when it arrived it was under cooked and had no taste was supposed to be lemon and thyme. We up graded our room this time...

Great value for money. Very comfortable bed and good cleanliness. No suitable for disable people as got lots of stairs but overall very good accommodation for your needs

Amazing place! Hosts were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us, 100% be staying again, hopefully i am working near there in the winter so i can try out the log burner.

Martha was a lovely, attentive host. Hedley Villa Guest House is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking available directly outside. We had a lovely stay.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Very good, probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in the uk,

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...
