We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Excellent hotel in a great location.

Venue is superb for being in the heart of Canary Wharf. Decor in communal areas and rooms is elegant and oozes quality. Bedroom is very quiet. Will definitely look to stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

A fabulous find, great locations, free Tea & coffee and LOVED the complimentary cheese & wine evening on a Tuesday!

Excellent hotels

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful. A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

I was sceptical about staying in a capsule hotel and I only booked it because of the price. Less than £50 (special offer price) for a night a couple of hundred yards from Oxford Street is an absolute bargain. I did message my wife to say this is either going to be really good or I'm going to get no sleep at all. As it was I slept really well. The vending machines worked without any problems even for alcohol purchases requiring digital I.D. But I do think a price of £4.50 for an extra towel...

Great hotel & great location

Quiet hotel, welcoming staff and service . Good location

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.
