"First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...

"I had a superb stay, the property was extremely well-equipped. Communication on how to find and pick up keys was very well done, all in all, I would strongly recommend, this made for a far more relaxed stay than hotels which I would usually use for my business trips. "

"Had a lovely fews days in this gorgeous house. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location. Everything is within easy walking distance and if you dont feel like cooking the food at the One Elm is very good. The only niggle we had was the level of heating as the weather had turned wet and chilly, and the stone and wooden floors meantbit sometimes felt a little cool."

"Karin and Matt were lovely hoists and were there if you wanted to ask anything. You are so near everything. The coach house had all you needed was really clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. We parked outside all week. Thank you for a beautiful stay."

"With the exception of a couple of niggles the property was excellent. It was clean & well provided. The journey through the lanes to the property was not the best if youre not used narrow lanes but they were so quiet chances of meeting other vehicles was rare. The grounds were well maintained and the area was what could only be described as divine. Countryside all around and the views were breathtaking. All in all a great place to stay."

"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "

"Wow...totally blown away by this cottage. It is so beautiful, clean, and immaculate. The host was great and even left us a few food item to get us started. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and all the finishing touches made the stay that more comfortable. There is a great range of utensils in the kitchen, and a vast array of dvds. We stayed over new year with our whippets, who thoroughly enjoyed the walks. There is a lovely dog friendly pub about 2 miles away,...

"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. We had young children with us and there was plenty of activities/toys available for them to use as well as lovely grounds to explore!"

"Good spacious modern accommodations- 2 bedrooms 1 with king bed en-suite and other with two single and lounge , another bathroom with small kitchenette that includes microwave, dishwasher , basic dishes and cutlery, kettle , coffee maker - with some tea/coffee. Convenient location . Would use again and recommend "
