Lovely warm and welcoming pub/hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly.Only slight problem is that it took 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive; good job we weren't in a hurry to go somewhere! Brilliant location right in the centre of Stratford

A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception.
Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient.
Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Shower isn’t powerful enough, but all was clean.
Major tram works going on in Corporation Street, however requested a higher...

The perfect place to relax and unwind- the staff are excellent and special mention to Becky and Millie on reception- food superb and location is idyllic with views over rolling shire’s countryside. The luxury rooms are beautiful and worth paying the extra for.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too.
I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...
