"Nice place to stay except for a singer performing in the bar due to a function taking place. He was directly below our room by the open staircase and didn’t finish until midnight. So it felt as if he was in the room with us. Apart from that the hotel is good, room nice and clean with a spotless bathroom. I’d go for a king room next time though as the bed was standard double and ask for a quiet area in case there’s an event in the evening."

"Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. Overall a clean and modern feel to the hotel, excellent location, and as mentioned great staff !"
