"I booked this property and was told that there was a cleaning charge after I’ve booked it nowhere on the ad was this listed? The cleaning fee was material in context of the room. I tried through Hotels.com to get the situation resolved, but to no luck. I feel it’s quite underhanded that they did this and it’s an extra way to make money. Disappointing also from Hotels.com that a supplemental fee like this was allowed but not advertised."
