Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Amazing value for money. Was able to check in early which was a huge bonus. Room very clean. Large room. Overlooking the Echo arena and wheel. Perfect location. Discounted parking. Great selection of breakfast, constantly being refilled.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The property was well kept, spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location if you want to be where all the night life is going on. Obviously very noisy as your sounded by great pubs clubs and amazing atmosphere.This did not bother us and still managed to get off to sleep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates! A great personal touch! The room and bathroom were clean, and the free amenities were great and of high quality. The bathrobes were a great addition and perfect for relaxing in! This was better and cheaper than a boring Premier Inn. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a change from the Purple Palace. Free parking near to the entrance. The food was nice at the restaurant, and the staff are lovely. The room was nice and big. Like most places, the drinks are quite expensive, £3 for a medium sized lemonade. £5.50 for a pint of lager.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Pool and changing areas great. Bar area was lovely. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Would definitely go again.

Nice and easy check in. Rooms are nice, comfy beds. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

We’ve just got back from our one night stay. Excellent location and the tea Reception were excellent and extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it will be coming back.

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.
