"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. "Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"The property is a small beach cottage that is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Walkable to center of town with co-op grocery and laundry facility less than 5 min away. Parking space is nearby and situated such that it is easy to use your car to explore Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that shower is small and ceilings low so this place would feel tight if you are a large person and some of the layout is a bit tricky if you were older and less sure footed. I had my 90 year old mother with me so the steps into the property were a bit of a challenge, particularly the step over the threshold. The stairs within the house were also steep, but she managed ok. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. "We had a lovely stay in this cottage and it was perfectly situated for our needs. Everything we needed had already been thought about, tea, coffee, tea towels etc. There was only one very minor problem for us (not the fault of the cottage) and that was our puppy was unable to climb the outdoor steps up to the terrace. "From booking process to communication in the lead up to our arrival to the moment we arrived at this stunning cottage along a tiny little lane, lots of greenery and a lovely little stream. Gary welcomed us and made us feel very welcome indeed and was helpful throughout our stay with local information and even lent us his binoculars for possible whale watching of the coast. Perfect cottage for 2 people and 2 dogs - the garden is completely enclosed - no holes for our dogs to escape. Small touches...
