This Grade II listed cottage has been lovingly restored and provides a great base to explore the local area - Eden project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, Fowey, coastal walks or relax on the many beautiful beaches close by. In the village you can watch the fishermen bring in their catch whilst sampling the local Cornish ale or take a local fishing trip around the bay and look out for seals and dolphins. Furnished and decorated to a high standard, this well-equipped property makes a great retreat for a family or friends. A large terrace allows you to enjoy the sunshine and watch village life and in the winter months you can cosy up by the wood burner with a good book or enjoy some of the DVD's or family games provided.
