"The staff was very helpful. However here are my concerns. Our room was very hot the mattress was hard. The operator for the hot shower water was very confusing for people who aren’t familiar with the UK design for the hot water operator. Also the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. "

"Had a newly refurbished room and took my dog. Very easy check in. We booked ahead for parking so parked right outside the hotel. Lovely goody bag for dog with toy and treats. Room adequate size. Shower a bit small and only one bath towel for 2 people!! But soon rectified. Lovely complimentary toiletries and tea tray with fresh water provided. All in all a good stay. Lovely views of beach"
