Our family room was large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The deco is dated but everything was clean, the staff lovely and what a view!! If you want luxury, 5\* accommodation, this isn't for you. Reception staff did their best to help resolve problems however I repeatedly asked for food stuff to be removed from the carpet. Close to station, Porthminster Beach and a bustling harbour with lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice staff. Large, Comfortable room overlooking sea. Due to hotel only having a couple of parking spaces, the nearest car park was down a steep hill with lots of steps which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Can’t say anything about other rooms as I only had access to the room I was in. wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms are tired and need updating. Honestly not fit to stay here really as the carpets are worn and dirty, paintwork is tired and not been done for many years. This is unfortunately a place that doent have much longer to go before it closes.
