"Absolutely incredible stay, gutted we were only there for one night! Fabulous breakfast, willing to help, received a discount and voucher on arrival to use in their pub (pies were soooo tasty). Only negative thing would be the lift is slightly slow but honestly not even an issue with limited rooms. I was surprised the lift was there! We were given a free upgrade to the “Hitchcock room” which was beautiful and more than enough space for all needs. Again, amazing stay highly recommend. "

"We hadnt actually booked this hotel, it was a last minute change from another booking. We certainly struck gold! The hotel is so central for the St James park tube station, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster & the Thames. We were allocated a twin room, very clean, spacious and had all the facilities you would require.
