    Brilliant night stay, we booked this hotel for an overnight stay as we were working up here, owners were very welcoming and all set up for covid. Big rooms are really nicely decorated with a comfy bed and big TV. We had an evening meal cooked for us as there was obvviously no restaurants open, we started early on-site so they left some cereal and milk in a mini fridge for us. Above and beyond service here and will be staying again when we are up this way.…

    Great location with 4 steps into property, one level throughout inside which was ideal for us. Well kitted out for our stay and generous spaces once inside. Will definately be re-visiting in the near future. Parking in Sidmouth is hit and miss (as regular visitors will know) but the Bedford Lawn car park attendants were more than happy for us to load and unload our bags for a few minutes without charge, so that was helpful. As with any apartment building there can be some footfall noise from above which was acceptable most times but a little annoying when sitting quietly, reading, for example, or if you wanted a lie-in! Overall though, very happy to recommend this property - we love Sidmouth and this was the best property we have stayed in on numerous visits. Thank you.…
