Made very welcome on arrival, felt completely at home. Very quiet and peaceful setting with stunning countryside views.

Fantastic view out to the river and access to a pub garden alongside. Attic rooms were well laid out and with plenty of head rooms - large fans provided for hot days.

I booked a single room at Woodbine for my father who was attending my daughter's graduation at Exeter University. The owners let my dad check in early and he said the whole experience of staying there was excellent, the property was comfortable and clean and the owners were very helpful.
