"No visitors lounge accept a small area in the dining room this was poor. No information in your room to where facilities are. To small car park, our booking included free parking but no parking was available on one occasion."

My sister liked the pillow so much she went home and ordered one for herself. Breakfast was really generous and delicious and the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. BUT: big disadvantage: breafast is not served until 8.30am, far too late for energetic holidaymakers and busy people staying in the area. When I complained of this in a review the management said that they could have made me a sandwich the night before, but this rather inferior service was not offered at the time."
