"Our room was perfect for our stay as we wanted twin bed room and had everything needed for our over night stay. We did not stay for breakfast as we we had to travel on early next day but the tea we had in the garden was lovely. The thatched guest house was in easy access for walks & visit to Sidmouth. ..."

We stayed at Newton Poppleford for the purpose of attending an event at Bicton Arena, which was just a few miles up the road, and did not, therefore, have reason or time to visit Sidmouth whilst there.

Loved Sidmouth itself It is beautiful. We stayed because we were off to the Donkey Sanctuary and it is very close to that and definitely both places are worth a visit.
