We enjoyed our stay at the Kings Arms, Otterton. It was a charming village location. The room, although small, was clean and nicely decorated. The food was lovely and the Continental breakfast was one of the best we've had. We would definitely stay again

Water pressure in rooms not great, Had to get moved and that wasn’t much better. Scraping of the chairs in the morning downstairs from very early could be heard. Food was very poor the night before. We would not recommend unless you are only after a place to stay overnight, as the Wi-Fi is rubbish and the breakfast is very limited I.E continental only unless you want something cooked, which you have to pay extra for. The property is in need of a revamp along with the rooms but not the bathroom, well not in our room (15) this was modern, although it took the shower a good 5 minutes before it stopped dripping! The staff were very friendly and helpful but we would say this was a good value for money stay.
