"Warm and comfortable for a winter break. Plenty of room. Needed some minor repairs which we passed on. Ideally situated for Sidmouth and other nearby coastal towns. Overall very pleasant."

Lovely property
"This property was perfect for exploring Devon. It had pretty much everything we needed and was clean on arrival. "The hotel itself was exceptional, old world charm with service to match. However, after a 4 hour drive and expecting a busy next day I was looking for a good night's sleep. It did not happen. The single room was like a bake-house. I checked the radiator was off - several times. I opened both windows for the night - to no avail. I couldn't cool the room down and subsequently did not sleep well at all. I did have a busy day next day, ending with another 4 hour drive home. Hopefully not all the hotel rooms are so naturally warm, so to give it the benefit of my doubt I may stay again."
