Top Shimo-shizu Hotel Reviews

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Our kids picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We only stayed one night as we were leaving the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I really appreciate their eco-friendly supply table in the lobby. They had shuttle buses leaving every half hour to the airport. Their staff handled loading and unloading our luggage onto the bus. Do keep in mind that it’s pretty far from the city so going back-and-forth would be time-consuming unless you’re renting a car."

Marroad International Hotel Narita

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were incredible helpful. We needed a place to work on a project after we checked out and immediately the front desk worked out a space for us! Breakfast buffet was fantastic with incredible views."

Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Great customer service. They cleaned and tidied our room so well throughout our stay. Would stay here again."

Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Spacious and very clean bedroom with a great view. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great buffet breakfast! Overall a great experience."

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

8/10 Good

"The property had everything that you needed and the room sizes were great. It would have been nicer if the pool area was open later than 8pm. The other issue was the Grand Cafe being booked out for breakfast, thankfully the other Cafes were available."

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay

8/10 Good

"Close to Station. Rooms were very small and are not serviced daily. Good location to stay for Disneyland visit but a bit out of the way for Tokyo"

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Shinkan

10/10 Excellent

"Nice"

CVS Bay Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent location right at the train station and attached to a Lawson store. Room was an adequate size for Tokyo, we had two beds, but not much room for luggage. Shower room was awkward when traveling with my son. It was a wet room with no where for dry towels or clothes to be in the same room. Breakfast was terrible, nothing was hot, it was all cold. We skipped it one of our 3 mornings even though we paid for it. The location was perfect for Disney only 2 stops away. We would stay again!"

Narita Gateway Hotel

8/10 Good

"Very nice hotel w/free shuttle to/from the airport and Narita train station. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Nice/friendly staff. Loved the mini-mart which was always open, even at midnight. On-site laundry and gym facilities. No outlets with grounding plugs in the room. Every outlet is 2-pronged. No lamp. Only one light switch for the room which was by the door and one for the bathroom. Nearly 2 hours by train to downtown Tokyo. Overall, I felt that the pros outweighed the cons and I'd definitely stay here again."
