Hotel is so convenient, across a park, near a train station, an outlet mall and just around the corner is a 7 Eleven store. I really enjoyed Tomson the adorable robot 🤖 that greets us in the lobby 😊 so cuuute . Love this hotel

Room was new and clean! Small but sufficient space, and impressive how three twin beds could fit. The Hawaiian breakfast was a great treat, and staff were kind and helpful with any question I had.

This facility was very clean, being that it was a newer establishment. The hotel was well kept; staff were extremely friendly during the check-in and checkout process, answering whatever questions and inquiries or address. There is a comfortable amount of amenities and use of the hotspot at this establishment. Beds were very comfortable and accommodating to smaller families of possibly 3-4. This is a place that I will most likely come back to in the future.

New and clean, conveniently located. We stayed the first week we were in Tokyo, we left for Osaka for a few days and came back here for another few days until we flew out of Japan. The area is quiet, which is ideal after a long day in the mostly visited cities. Although, about an hour from Tokyo, the train station is a short walk. There are convenient stores and restaurants and a mall around the area. Breakfast is very good, although I wish they’d change the menu every now and then. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean and they do a great job with regular housekeeping. There are amenities and the quality is also better than most hotels we stayed in.

We love love our stay at the KoKo Hotel and will not stop raving about it. We love the amenities and the staff are super helpful bonus point is Ponzu the cutest hotel greeter ever. We will be back to stay here that’s for sure! Highly recommend!
