This is a very convenient hotel as it is just a few metres walk from the train station and right next to a huge mall. It has 24/7 access to a small store that is integrated into it. As it's about 50 minutes outside of Tokyo, the rooms are much bigger than you would get in Tokyo. The staff are super helpful and most can speak English or use an interpreter device. The hotel looks like it hasn't been built very long and this is reflected in the new look and feel of the facilities. there is a...

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that...

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel
