Everyone was super nice and helpful, as usual in Japan. The room was well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The connection to the train system was also excellent. Everything you could need was right next to the hotel: groceries, general shops, and bars. The breakfast was also plentiful, and if you didn't use it, you could redeem the breakfast voucher at the restaurant later in the day.
