They are super friendly and accomodating. The room is a little on the warm side at 68 degrees and can get a little stuffy but they have loaner cooling fans that you can borrow if you find one on your floor. There is a lawsons on the second floor which is convenient if you need to pull cash before heading out for the day or if you want an easy dinner. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the people who ran it were so helpful, my husband sometimes uses a wheelchair and they learned what he liked for breakfast and would prepare it for him and bring it to his table for him each morning. Everyone was so nice, we were sad to go back home. The negative reviews I saw about this hotel were absolutely incorrect, nothing smelled like cigarette smoke and its not 90 degrees in the room. I am glad we didn’t change hotels because of the reviews."
