Very inexpensive large modern room, $54 usd Monday night from Expedia! What a deal for a Hilton style hotel ! Free shuttle service from and to Narita. Very convenient to everything in Narita. Just book it, you wonโ€™t find a better deal for this quality. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I travel in Japan โœŒ๏ธ

Booked this hotel last minute due to flight changes and had an extra day in Japan. The hotel comes with an airport shuttle which made travelling to the airport hassle free. It also comes w a shuttle that takes you to the Aeon Mall so you can do your last minute shopping as well. I did pay an extra 3000 yen to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected but thatโ€™s okay. My partner and I were able to rest after a long travel day.

It was genuinely great, the free shuttle was very useful, despite there not being much around the hotel you could always go to the airport, on top of that thereโ€™s a konbini in the hotel and rooftop restaurants, the bathtub was also spacious enough for a tall guy like me

We liked: Location to Narita Airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops. Spacious room with good view, excellent bed and quiet. Restaurant buffet was good value for evening meal. Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was very clean, and it was a nice stay. Wish there was more cafe or restaurant options as the area nearby is kind of sparse, but it was easy enough to take the airport shuttle to the airport, then either eat there or take a train into the nearby town. stayed a few days to enjoy the larger than average for the price rooms, and the clean and useful amenities. would definitely stay again just to be close to the airport when leaving.

Conveniently located by the airport. Needs more shuttles more often. Large facility. One choice for dinner and its buffet. It was very good but expensive!!! The โ€œstoreโ€ was the alternate choice for breakfast and coffee and well worth it. Coffee cafe and gym facilities do not open until 10 am.

My experience was wonderful, staff was great and the hotel offers a free bus that is very convenient. Itโ€™s very close to the airport and Narita train station and the surrounding area is very beautiful. Narita downtown was great and has a great selection of shops and restaurants.

An excellent airport hotel. Shuttle bus and close enough for a cheeky taxi ride. Don't get the included breakfast; instead pay the extra and have breakfast upstairs with a view of the airport and surrounding nature. Very relaxing. Use the shuttle bus to T2 and ride the express train into town. Just be sure to back on by 9pm as a taxi back is several hundred dollars.
