Easy access from JR, walking distance to the Grand Mall shopping complex! Less hustle and bustle than Tokyo downtown, but very accessible from Narita airport. The rooftop hot spring is large and there is an indoor and outdoor section. The breakfast is also very good, with two styles to choose from: Western (buffet) and Japanese (kaisen-don). Last, there is a Lawson connected to the hotel and the train station is 5 mins walk.
