"The breakfast menu was excellent. The room was better than when we last stayed. Great views and spotlessly clean. Best of all were the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was good and the complimentary minibus into town is brilliant (with a very friendly driver)."

"Lovely spacious apartment, immaculately clean with everything you could need for cooking in. Very comfortable bed and beautiful smelling toiletries. The only thing it lacked was a lamp in the living area (as the lighting was extremely bright) and coffee cups that fitted the coffee machine. Overall a great place to stay and friendly, helpful staff. "

"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. Don't be put off by it's roadside position. The rooms are located at the rear of the hotel, with stunning views overlooking the river and Abbey. Our room had french doors out on to the riverside. Super friendly and courteous staff. Look forward to staying again"

"The staff are friendly and we secured the room we wanted. The restaurant is excellent, it serves great steak!! The hotel is very old, so things do creak a bit. Salisbury shopping isn’t the best with a few empty units."
