"This is a super cute cottage to stay in when you want to relax, has great access to bus stops. With all the hills wouldn’t recommend if mobility is an issue. My only concern with this stay was that it was advertised as a king bed, but a queen bed was what was in the home. Booking our stays took the longest as we needed a king mattress, so to have it advertised and not be in the home was disappointing. "

"We arrived around 5:00Pm, for a long weekend the wether was stormy. We struggled to find the place as it is in the middle of nowhere next to a farmhouse. The layout was good with ample space but there’s no shower gels or hand washing soap in bathrooms. Heating stopped working the next day. Tried contacting the Sykes office and unable to get through. "Initially smaller than we thought but we soon got used to it and appreciated the cozy nature. We were made wonderfully welcome from our arrival to our departure. This is such a peaceful setting, loved listening to the owls in the evening. This is an ideal base to go exploring from. If you are looking for a place to come to far from the madding crowd then this is the place."

"Stillness was a lovely property which had everything we needed while visiting family. It's set in a beautiful area and there are lots of lovely touches around the grounds, such as giant chess, woodland walks and a Forget me not garden. The property was small but perfect for us, I didn't realise the back gate and through the garden was the only entrance, this was a little challenging to navigate with my nervous rescue dog when the daily hot tub maintenance was due to happen, but this only took...
