"The hotel was great for a family of 4 since we all had our own comfortable beds. The room is small and there was no outside view. However it’s very efficient and clean. The location is very close to Shibuya (30 minutes walk) and the train station is on the adjacent corner."

"The hotel overall was great! … wonderful views of the city. Friendly staff, accessible amenities like the restaurant, rooftop terrace and all of the staff there were wonderful as well … I really enjoyed everyone. The location was right in the action of the Shibuya area. You could get there by the Main Street access or the alley access which had a great look and feel of the vibrant community. This is an observation not necessarily a complaint… I was there with family members that were on different floors, but because your room and elevator access card is exclusive to your floor only(!) … it made it somewhat more difficult to meet up in each others rooms. Overall i enjoyed my stay!"
