Room was very small and nowhere to put luggage. Was too far from the station. Shibuya station is very difficult because of construction. Immediate area not nice and very few places to eat close to the hotel. The onsen was not up to usual Dormy Inn standards and breakfast although reasonable was not what we are used too at Dormy inn. Staff were very helpful. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities.
