Mostly it was super dirty. The water tasted super suspect. The sheets and bedding were clean but the physical capsule was dirty, and the lights/TV/electricity inside my capsule didn't work. The bathrooms were dirty and the place was quite frankly falling apart a little bit. The location was convenient for where I was going (Sumo Hall down the road) and right near a JR train station, and tons of restaurants, so that's great. And the staff were nice. But yeah. I mean it's dirt cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Our teenage daughter wanted to stay in a capsule hotel, so we decided to try it for a night. It's close to a metro station, but not a great area. The capsules themselves were older, but still ok.
