"When booking through Expedia, we were recommended a room with two twin beds despite including our children's ages. Fortunately, the hotel had availability to upgrade us upon arrival. The staff was incredibly helpful and even gave us a tour of the available room options so we could choose the best fit. The room itself was very spacious, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The location was absolutely perfect. It’s super close to the station, which made getting around so convenient, and it was incredibly easy to find. It’s also within easy reach of the mall and the famous Shibuya Crossing, with so many great restaurants and places to eat nearby. My check in was completely seamless, and the front desk attendants were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also really appreciated how spacious the room was. After exploring Tokyo all day, it was so nice to come back to a comfortable room with plenty of space to relax. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well located stay in Shibuya!"

"We had a very good stay at All Day Place Shibuya. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring Shibuya and getting around Tokyo, with plenty of restaurants, shops and transportation nearby. The rooms are on the smaller side. We had booked a quadruple room for our family, and it did feel quite tight with four people and luggage, so that is something to keep in mind if travelling as a family. What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and genuinely went above and beyond during our stay. I had an issue trying to track down a suitcase that had been shipped separately, and the staff took the time to help me locate it and sort everything out. I really appreciated their patience and assistance. Overall, a great stay because of the fantastic location and wonderful service. I would definitely recommend it, particularly if location and easy access to Shibuya are priorities."

"Super clean room overall (asked for the air conditioning filter to be changed because of dust, but that’s it). The in room laundry machine is a must while traveling. Location super close to the train station and Ebisu is a much quieter nicer area than Shibuya. Staff was very kind and helpful."
