"We had booked a room for 5 nights at the Indigo Hotel for a family of 4 (inc two boys aged 11 and 9). The hotel had reserved us one room with only one bed between us. They told us it was the biggest room they had and that was their family room. They explained it was common in Japan to have all family members in one bed. We have never encountered this in all our travels before. It was disappointing because our kids aren’t babies and there’s no way we could have all slept in one bed for 5 nights. We therefore had no other choice but to reserve a second room for the children. This was not cheap for five nights in peak cherry blossom season and obviously was an unforeseen expense for us on a budgeted holiday. Very disappointing. The hotel did not do much to accommodate us given we felt that this was their mistake. "

"The breakfast was delicious with bagel & gourmet cream cheese and freshly bold coffee. The pillows & laundry dryers was my only complaint. We dried simple thin t’s for an hour and it was not dry yet. The pillows in the room needed updating but other that, the location and staffs were excellent "

"The room was clean and had great amenities like toothbrush and brush and good shampoo! I had a Japanese massage done in my room for 40 minutes. She went beyond her time and it was an excellent experience. They make the luggage forwarding as easy as possible. I loved the location. It’s the best to be in the center of the action when visiting for a short time! Would stay here again. "

"Space is no different than other hotel rooms we have stayed in. A one night stay close to shops and train before departing for train to Narita airport. Watch your toes! I would recommend placing the slippers on the bed frame. Construction outside but luckily it was a Sat and they did not start/work when we got up at 8am. We were shocked to find the restaurants in the area were closed at 11pm. There is a nearby restaurant bar operated by Abema(?). Limited food menu but popular for drinks. Watch out! They charge a cover fee Y300 per person and is added to the bill. "

"It’s a great location, but because of that the room is very small and the bathroom is incredibly small. This wasn’t helped because we had three beds in the room. Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed it."
