Village Hotel Newcastle

Village Hotel Newcastle

8/10 Good
"Room was nice and spacious. Check in was excellent. Leisure facilities were not up to a good standard. Changing rooms and showers were not clean, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were unbelievably cold. One of the jacuzzi’s was taped up and not working. Sauna was average and busy I think because no one could use the pool due to the temperature."

Guests who choose historic hotels have the chance to stay in a place that's been officially recognised with a national historic designation. They are quite similar. "Historic hotel" is more commonly used in the U.S., while you'll often hear "heritage hotel" in Asia and Europe.
