"The setting is beautiful as are the grounds. The staff friendly and welcoming. Only bad point is the rooms especially the bathrooms need some tlc. The mould in our shower was disgusting."

Yes we was disappointed with Seaham,was very run down,evenings not a lot to do,nice beach for walks along beach saying that our accommodation was @ least 2 miles from sea front yes exellent value,our accommodation was well located for trips out,no fr
