roads gridlocked, had to walk 2 miles to get to the entrance and more than 2 miles back and couldn't find a take away anywhere. others walked all the way back to hotel as no where near enough taxis.

After reading negative reviews after I had already booked, I was regretting my choice, but fortunately I was happy with my decision.
When I arrived, the gentleman on reception was very kind and attentive. He allowed us into our room early without additional charge,, as he noticed how cold we were. The room was clean and tidy. We asked for new bedding which we immediately got with no problem.

payed for a 1 night stay in a premium room that was not cleaned properly and the buffet breakfast was a shambles i queued for 15 mins for a hot breakfast when i prebooked a time for the breakfast only to be told on arrival at the hotplate that i needed to preorder my poached eggs at the table. There was not notice of this and the breakfast staff service was shocking
