"Due to misunderstanding with booking we did not get breakfast. I assumed that this was included. When I queried this with the night staff I found the lady to be robotic in her answers and not coming up with a solution. No mention as to whether I could get this included, told to speak to the day staff who advised that the breakfast inclusion only started the day after I made my booking on the 22/03. Hotel itself was clean, room was quaint."

"Room was clean and nice but heating did not work properly and after one cold night we were given small electric radiators. Breakfast was very average. Communal areas in the hotel were very nice although pool was closed which we had not been told about. Location is excellent."
